PALM COAST -- Henry P. Richard, 83, of Fayette Lane, a retired high school teacher of business and bookkeeping, died Monday in Biloxi, Miss.
Mr. Richard, an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved here in 1975 from Bound Brook, N.J. He received his bachelor's degree from Ryder College, Lawrenceville, N.J., and his master's degree in education from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Flagler Ballroom Dancers, AARP, and the New Jersey Social Club.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Virginia; two daughters, Judi Spencer, Flagler Beach, and Doreen Millman, Pasadena, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.
