PALM COAST -- Jessie Richie, 92, of Forsythe Lane, a retired assistant to the dean of Bloomfield (N.J.) College, died Saturday at Memorial Hospital-Ormond Beach, Ormond Beach. 

Mrs. Richie was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, and came to this area in 1989 from New Jersey. She was a member of St. Mark By The Sea Lutheran Church, where she was in the Mary Martha Circle, the Arts and Crafts Group, and served on the Bazaar Committee. She graduated from Nelson Business College in Scotland. 

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Harry; a daughter, Phyllis Morgan, Muncy, Pa.; four grandchildren; and nine great- grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Mark By The Sea Lutheran Church, 303 Palm Coast Pkwy., Palm Coast, FL 32137.
