Audrey Gloria Ricketts, 79, passed away August 5, 2009 in Long Beach, California. The family will be receiving visitors at The First Baptist Church of Palm Coast, 6050 Palm Coast Parkway, NW, today at 10 a.m. with the Funeral Service to follow at the Church at 11 a.m.

She was born February 9, 1930 to Henry and Kathleen Elizabeth Baker in Kingston, Jamaica. Audrey moved to Palm Coast in 1995 from Pelham, New York and then moved to California two years ago.

She was a nurse by profession and was a devout member of The First Baptist Church and in their choir.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Horace Orville Ricketts and is survived by her loving family sons, Kwesi A. Aquil (Rolinda), Carson, CA and Aubrey Haye Ricketts (Simone), Cedar Grove, N.J.; and sister, Kathleen DeSouza (Leonard), Orlando.

Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.
