Rolland L. Robbins, 68, Elkton, died April 1, 2001, at the Hadlow Center, Jacksonville. He was born in Omaha, Neb., and he moved to Palatka in 1995. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in both Korea and Vietnam, and he was retired from computer management for the U.S. Government. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Hastings. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at the chapel of Craig Funeral Home Flagler Beach. Burial will be in Craig Flagler-Palms Cemetery. 

Those wishing may make a donation, in his memory, to Christ United Methodist Church, 200 Latin St., Hastings, 32145. 

Survivors include his wife, Zelma Robbins; a stepson, Wayne Prigmore, St. Augustine; one daughter, Renee Seaton, Knoxville, Tenn.; two stepdaughters, Tammy Dantzler, Elkton, Roxanne Keidaish, West Palm Beach; and two grandchildren.
