Kevin Allan Rosa, 57, of Flagler Beach, died Monday, April 29, 2013, at the Halifax Health-Hospice of Volusia Flagler in Port Orange. Mr. Rosa was born on March 15, 1956 in Oshawa Ontario Canada, the son of Joseph and Ann Leavens Rosa.
At the age of 11, he and his family moved from Canada to Florida, settling in Ormond Beach. Following his graduation, he worked in a body shop, then later owned his own business, Command Aircraft and the White Eagle. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and Angel Flight.
He is survived by one daughter, Kari Rosa of Palm Coast; three sons, Joshua Rosa of Palm Coast, Jonathan Rosa of Palm Coast, and Justin (Jamie) Rosa of Bunnell; his partner in love, Neeltje Andreson; sister, Karen (Jim) Barry of Kissimmee; two brothers, Carl Rosa of New Smyrna Beach, and Todd Rosa of Ormond Beach; and four grandchildren, Christian, Joshua, Seth and Madison.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Allan Rosa.
Family and friends will be received Thursday, May 2nd from 3-7 PM at the Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South in Flagler Beach, where funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM.
