Mills-Anne Rebekah Rowland, 2, daughter of John and Jennifer Rowland of Palm Coast, Fla., died Saturday, Jan. 26, 1991 at Memorial Hospital-Flagler, Bunnell, Fla. 

Other survivors include her maternal grandparents, Noah and Ann Etta Midkiff of Whitesville; her paternal grandparents, Cecil and Jean Rowland of Jacksonville, Fla.; her maternal great-grandparents, Paul and Mae Robinson of Narrows; her paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard of Orlando, Fla.; two uncles. Brock Midkiff of Bowling Green and Mills Rowland of Jacksonville, Fla.; three aunts, Kris-Anne Midkiff of Bowling Green, Mrs. Kenneth (Rebecca) Milam of Owensboro and Mrs. Larry (Faith) Wills of Memphis, Tenn.; and several cousins and great-aunts and great-uncles. 

Services are at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church, Palm Coast. Burial in the Flagler-Palms Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Palm Coast. 

Visitation is from 1-2 today at the church. 

The family requests that expressions of sympathy make take the form of donations of the Mills-Anne Rowlan Benevolence Fund c/o First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 249, Palm Coast, Fla. 32135-0249.
