Anna Sanfilippo

Funeral service celebrating the life of Anna Sanfilippo 92, of Palm Coast who passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at her home will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 11:00 AM at the chapel of Craig Flagler Palms Funeral Home 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach. Entombment to follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit on Monday, August 17 from 7:00-9:00PM at the funeral home. 

Anna was born on September 26, 1916 in Hoboken, New Jersey to the late Pasquale and Mary Calabrese (Lisa). In 1977 she and her husband moved to the Palm Coast area from Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. 

Anna was a member of the Italian American Social Club and the First Baptist Church of Palm Coast. She was an avid reader who enjoyed traveling with her husband but her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family and friends.  She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband of 66 years Joseph V. Sanfilippo; sons, Joseph and his wife Maria of Palm Coast, FL; Robert and his wife Marianne Sanfilippo of Wayne, NJ; Richard and his wife Rosemarie of Palm Coast, FL; sister, Norma Pasquale of Boca Raton, FL; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Donations in her name may be made to the Hospice of Volusia/Flagler 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FLl. 32119.
