Scott, 93, of Flagler Beach will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 11:30 AM in Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, 915 N. Central Ave., Flagler Beach. Interment will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 6 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S., Flagler Beach.

Mrs. Scott a resident of Flagler Beach since 2004 coming from Center Moriches, Long Island NY, passed away on December 30, 2013 at her residence. She was born on June 27, 1920 in New York City, NY, a daughter of the late Peter and Martha Shimkuf Williams. She was a member of Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, the Loyal Order of the Moose, and was the former secretary of the Holiday Beach Property Owners Association. She was a 1939 graduate of Roslyn High School, Roslyn NY. Mrs. Scott enjoyed singing, was a member of the church choir, played the violin, bowling, boating, swimming, dancing, sports and watching golf.

Preceding her in death was her husband of over 59 years, James Scott in 2004, her son-in-law Tom Lyons and a grandson, Matthew Lyons.

Surviving are her daughter, Suzanne Lyons of Flagler Beach, and four grandsons, Mark Fitzpatrick, Kevin Fitzpatrick, Brett Lyons and Scott Lyons.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
