PALM COAST - William M. Siegfried, 77, a resident since 1995, died Thursday at Florida Hospital Flagler. 

Mr. Siegfried, an Army veteran of the Korean War, was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area from Lindenhurst, N.Y. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, where he belonged to the Adoration Society, the Italian American Social Club and was president of the New York Social Club. In Lindenhurst, he was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, where he was a Eucharistic minister. Mr. Siegfried was a member of Knights of Columbus and the Legion of Mary. He enjoyed playing golf. 

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Mary; two sons, Steven, Port Orange, and William, Spring Hill; a brother Al, Lindenhurst, two sisters, Marie Black, Venice, and Catherine Meyer, Long Island, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren.
