Gaetana "Tina" Sokolowski

A funeral mass celebrating the life of Gaetana “Tina” Sokolowski 67, of Palm Coast will be held on Monday, January 26, 2009 10:30AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 4600 Belle Terre Parkway Palm Coast. Entombment will follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit Sunday, January 25, 4:00-8:00PM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home 511 Old Kings RD. South, Flagler Beach.

Mrs. Sokolowski passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. She was born on January 5, 1942 in Queens, New York to the late Salvatore and Lillian Macaluso.

In 2000 she moved to the Palm Coast area from North Bellmore Long Island, NY. Her memberships included the Irish Social Club, Italian American Social Club, Red Hats Society and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. She enjoyed shopping, traveling and especially making arts & crafts that she made for all the holidays for everyone to enjoy. She will be dearly missed by all those who loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years Tom; sons, Joseph and Thomas Jr. both of Ft. Lauderdale; daughters, Theresa and her husband Joseph Boorady of Marriottsville, Maryland; Christine and her husband Marc Burr of Raleigh, N.C; grandchildren, Justine, Luke, Samantha and Jacob.
