FLAGLER BEACH -- Henry Hilton Steadman, 75, of South Central Avenue, a retired supervisor for a waste water treatment plant, died Thursday at Kindred Hospital, Green Cove Springs. 

Mr. Steadman, a 20-year Navy veteran who served in World War II, was born in Ackerman, Miss. He moved to this area in 1984 from Jacksonville. He was a member of Disabled American Veterans and the Retired Enlisted and Fleet Reserve associations. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. 

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Ellen; two sons, James, Flagler Beach, and Henry Jr., Middleburg; two daughters, Michelle Hall and Colleen Steadman, both of Leesburg; a brother, John, Huntsville, Ala.; a sister, Joyce Lynchard, Lynchburg, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
