John Sturak, 91, passed away on January 2, 2010 at Flagler Pines, Bunnell, FL.

John was born to Charles and Mary Sturak on April 14, 1918 in Barnboro, PA, moving to Palm Coast in 1983.

He served in the US Navy and worked in a sandpaper factory. John enjoyed golfing and swimming.

John is survived by his wife, Phyllis Hope; daughter, Janet Sturak of Marietta, GA; sisters, May Sturak of Niagara Falls, NY, Ann Kroah of Niagara Falls, NY, Margaret Fedak of Nisayuna, NY and Susan Lachut of Niagara Falls, NY; brother, Joseph Sturak of Auburn, CA.

An entombment will take place on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens, Flagler Beach, FL.

Arrangements are under the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
