PALM COAST - Tim Earl Swango, 36, of Birdseye Place, who was a metal framer in the construction industry, died Sunday at home after a short illness. 

Mr. Swango was born in Rochester, Ind., and moved to Palm Coast in 2006 from Deltona. He was also an artist and enjoyed tattoos. 

Survivors include his wife of eight years, Tammy; a son, Brenden Smith-Rothove, Palm Coast; two daughters, Hayley Swango, Palm Coast, and Jessica Poth, Level Plains, Ala.; father and stepmother, Randy and Cindy Swango, Plymouth, Ind.; his mother, Mary Avery, Kings Mountain, N.C.; four brothers, Bill Swango, Syracuse, Ind., Joe Swango, Kings Mountain, Ivan Avery, York, S.C., and Randy Franz, Plymouth; and two sisters, Elaine and Liz Avery, both of Syracuse.
