John Szemak, 67, of 19 Polermo Lane, Palm Coast, Fla., formerly of Washington, N.J., died Monday in Community Hospital, Bunnell, FL.
He was the husband of Josephine (Crespo) Szemak.
Surviving with his widow are two daughters, Petra Ziobro and Connie, and a son John, all of Washington; a sister, Mary Bilak in Czechoslovakia, and two grandchildren,
The Craig Funeral Home, Bunnell, is in charge of arrangements.
