PALM COAST -- Carolyn Ann Turnquist, 65, of Fulton Place, a retired registered nurse, died Monday at the Hospice Care Center, Port Orange. 

Mrs. Turnquist was born in Lincoln, Neb., and came to this area in 1991 from Millersville, Md. She was a member of the Palm Coast Bible Church. 

Survivors include her husband, Clarence N.; Three sons, Bruce E., Severna Park, Md., Brian P., St. Paul, Minn., and James A., Minneapolis; a daughter, Ruth E. Nielke, Pasadena, Calif.; two brothers, Paul Toren, Minnesota, and Richard Toren, Lincoln; and six grandchildren.
