Louis Waters 

PALM COAST - Louis "Ted" Waters, 65, of Blakemore Drive, a former air craft mechanic at Vance Air Force Base in Oklahoma, died Monday at home. Mr. Waters, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, was born in Crestview. He moved to this area in 2004 from Enid, Okla.  

He was a member of St. Mark By the Sea Lutheran Church and the Masons. He was a part-time musician and enjoyed model railroads and reading.  

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Janice; two sons, Dan, Jacksonville, and Tad, Great Mills, Md.; a brother, Jim, Jensen Beach; a sister, Karen Gottschall, Abilene, Texas; and three grandchildren.
