Whitehead, 77, of Palm Coast, peacefully passed away February 4, 2013 after a long illness. She was at the Stuart F Meyer Hospice House. She was born at Jackson, Missouri, December 6, 1935.

She was a former member of the Riverbend Community Church in Ormond Beach.
She was the daughter of Elmer H. Seabaugh and Opal R. Reynolds. Bobby Seabaugh a younger brother also preceded her in death.

Elizabeth had an Associate's Degree from St. Louis Community College and worked in law and insurance offices in Clayton, Missouri. She was active and held offices in the Christian Women's Club in Lake Ozark, Missouri and Palm Coast, FL. She was also President of Whitehead & Associates, Inc. an engineering recruiting firm.

She married Robert S. Whitehead, May 5, 1979 in her mother's home in Jackson, Missouri.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, former pastor of West Page Baptist Church and Craig Road Baptist Church in St. Louis County. Also surviving her is Elizabeth DeMarcus Parr (Daughter) Los Angeles, CA, Craig Stuart Whitehead (Stepson) St. Louis County, and Johnny Seabaugh (Brother) Jackson Missouri.

Elizabeth and her husband moved to Palm Coast in 1998 from Lake of the Ozarks. She will be greatly missed and loved forever. Her husband wants to thank the Hospice House staff for the wonderful and loving care they gave her.

A brief memorial service will be held at the Florida Flagler Hospital Chapel, Palm Coast on Feb. 13 at 11 a.m.; Chaplin Dale Wolcott will conduct the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, 150 Memorial Medical Parkway, Palm Coast, FL 32164. 386-586-1500.

Interment will be at the Craig-Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.
