Memorial services celebrating the life of Kay Francis Wiggins, 77, of Palm Coast will be held on Friday, March 20 at 3:00PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach FL.

Mrs. Wiggins, a former resident of Orange Park FL for 33 years, passed away Saturday March 14, 2009 at her home in Palm Coast surrounded by her family. She was born in Benton IL, August 8, 1931 a daughter of the late Ernest and Jennie Morgan Pugh. A member of the First Baptist Church of Orange Park and the Eastern Star, Mrs. Wiggins loved cooking, was a talented seamstress, and a wonderful homemaker.

 A devoted Navy wife and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Cmdr Jack Wiggins in 2006.

Surviving are three daughters, Sharon Rogers of Tampa FL, Karen "Susie" Wiggins and Kathy Doucette both of Palm Coast, a son, Billy Wiggins of Orange Park FL, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Florida Hospital Hospice Care, 150 Memorial Parkway, Palm Coast FL 32164.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, Flagler Beach FL.
