FLAGLER BEACH -- Sara Ann Wortman, 60, of Leslie Drive, a native of Ashtabula, Ohio, died Wednesday at Memorial Hospital-Flagler, Bunnell. 

Mrs. Wortman, a homemaker, moved to this area in 1982 from her birthplace. She was a member of Community Memorial Church, Flagler Beach. 

Survivors include a son, Thomas, Ashtabula; a daughter, Amy Bragg, Jacksonville; her mother, Pearl Salo, and a sister, Joanna Baruffa, both of Ashtabula; and eight grandchildren.
