Funeral Services for Elmer Hubbert, 80, San Mateo, FL (Putnam County), who died Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Lakewood Nursing Center, Crescent City, FL, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 11 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, 609 S. State Street, Bunnell, Rev. Patrick A. Wilkerson, Pastor Rev. Wayne C. Williams, Pastor of 2nd Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, San Mateo, officiating. Interment will be at Masonic Cemetery, Palm Coast, FL. Calling hours are from 4-7 p.m. today (Friday, July 10) at the "Chapel of Serenity" and Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service.
Mr. Hubbert was born in Alapaha, GA and was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator, ITT/Rayonier.
To cherish his memories: wife, Regina Hubbert, San Mateo; daughters, Patricia Reddin, Debra Wright, both of Daytona Beach, Beverly (Aaron) McKinnon, Bunnell; sons, Sgt. Elmer (Pearl) Hubbert, Jr., Palm Coast, Sgt. Ronnie (Anna) Hubbert, Woodridge, VA, Sgt. Reginald (Lena) Hubbert, Winter Springs, FL, Jeffrey Hubbert, Willingboro, NJ, Cecil Hubbert, Orlando; three step-daughters; four step-sons; 48 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
