Wallace (Mann) Baker, porter at Moody's Pharmacy, formerly Holden's Pharmacy, for the past 40 years passed away Saturday evening, March 9, at the Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach. He had been treated at the hospital about ten days for a heart ailment.

Mann was born at Long Station in Putnam County, and had lived in Bunnell about 50 years, or more.

Funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon from the St. James Baptist Church of which he was a member.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby; a brother, Albert, and an adopted son, Frankie.
