DAYTONA BEACH - Rander Hudson Jr., 61, of Lincoln Street, a truck driver, died Thursday at home. Mr. Hudson was born in Jacksonville. He was a member of Living Truth Ministries.

Survivors include his wife of 7 years, Joann; a son, Alfonso Lucas, Daytona Beach; four daughters, Nathasha Montgomery, Quenisha Montgormery, and Taswanda Browning, all of Daytona Beach, and Jennifer Montgomery, Tampa; four sisters, Ella Hudson, Ernestine Hudson, Rosa Mae Hudson, and Claudia Hudson, all of Gainesville; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Thompson is in charge.

Funeral service for Rander Hudson, Jr., 61, Lincoln Street, Daytona Beach, who died December 14, 2006, at home, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 23, at Living Truth Christian Center, with the Rev. Kennedy Jacobs Sr., pastor and co-pastor Lucinda Jacobs officiating. Burial will be at Masonic Cemetery, Bunnell. Calling hours are from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. today (Friday) at Herbert Thompson Funeral Home.

Mr. Hudson was born in Jacksonville. He attended school in Bunnell, and also lived in Cocoa for many years before moving to Daytona Beach. Mr. Hudson enjoyed fishing and spending time with his loving family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, JoAnn; two sons, Alphonso Lucas, Daytona Beach, and Jeremy Turner, Orlando; four daughters, Natasha Montgomery, Quenisha Montgomery and Taswanda Browning, all of Daytona Beach, and Jennifer Montgomery, Tampa; five sisters, Rosa Mae, Ella, Ernestine, Claudia Hudson, all of Gainesville, and Nettie Hudson, Alachua, Fla.; mother-in-law, Shirley Dudley; godmother, Ella Jones; eight sisters-in-law, Waleta Dozier (Silas), Faith Jackson (Bobbie), Tiny Taylor, Constance Jackson, Carolyn Johnson (Horace), Carol Goosby (Clarence), Debbie Browning and Lillian Browning; brothers-in-law, Sidney Jackson, Dexter Jackson, Herman Dudley (Ann), Lester Dudley, Woody Browning and Johnnie Salley; godchildren, Torry Sloss, Rico Bradley, Jeannie Turner, Damond Bradley, Nikki Mazzohic and Esta' Williams; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
