Esther Jackson, 61, of Bunnell, Fla., died May 22, 2008, at Catalina Health Care Facility. She worked for 18 years with the Salvation Army. She was a member of the Church of God in Christ. 

Services: Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Baptist Church, Espanola, Fla. Officiating: Rev. Donald Jefferson. Calling hours: Friday, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Burial: Masonic Cemetery. 

Survivors: Her daughters, Alfreda Smith, Bunnell, Fla., Judy Walker, Eunice Jackson, both of Jacksonville, Fla., Cassandra Ford, Cheryl Capdevilla, both of Holly Hill, Fla.; her sons, Hernandez Jefferson, Daytona Beach, Fla., Freddie Lee Jackson Jr., Milton, Fla.; her sisters, Elsie Chappell, Hattie Edwards, Ella M. Galvin, all of Espanola, Fla.; her brother, Willie L. Jefferson, Tallahassee, Fla.; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
