Mother Katherine R. Williams was born on September 14, 1918 in Live Oak, FL to the Late Mr. & Mrs. John Edwards and Elizabeth Robinson. Mother Katherine Williams was the matriarch of the family. Mother Williams was a member of Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of Elder Willie Durden, Sr. Mother Williams retired from Sheraton Inn of Palm Coast, FL, then begin to work polls for Flagler County of Election. She loved going to church and was very dedicated. She enjoyed people and her church family. She was very crafty and enjoyed sewing and gardening. Anything she could do for anyone she would, even if it was her last.

Mother Williams was preceded in death: Her Husband, Clarence Williams; Parents, Mr. & Mrs. John Edwards and Elizabeth Robinson.

She leaves to mourn: Daughters, Lizzie Mae Giddens of Espanola, FL, Annette M. Henry of Bunnell, FL; Step Daughter, Yvonne Allen of Jacksonville, FL; Brother, John Robinson of Bunnell, FL; Sisters - In - Law; Annie Robinson of Palm Coast, FL and Ann Robinson of Espanola, FL; godchildren, Sandra Burson of Daytona Beach, FL, Merci D. Dixon of Tampa, FL, and Freeman Jones; and a host of other relatives and sorrowing friends.

Viewing will be today (Friday, January 4, 2013), 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C. Homegoing Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C, Elder Willie Durden, Sr. Pastor officiating. Burial will take place at Masonic Cemetery, Palm Coast, FL.
