Mrs. Susan Burnsed, 99 years old, the oldest resident of this section of Florida, passed away Monday evening at the home of her son, Mr. George R. Burnsed, two miles west of Bunnell on the Moody Road.

Mrs. Burnsed was born in Bullock County, Georgia, February 14, 1825 and became a resident of this section 48 years ago where she has made her home since.

Mrs. Burnsed is survived by a son, Mr. George R. Burnsed, one daughter, Mrs. J. C. Miller and three nephews, J. A., Cleve and and Ed Burnsed, all or this county.
