Frederick Wesley Carter, Jr.

Carter, Frederick Wesley Jr., (Wesley), 64, born in St. Augustine, died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002, at his residence in Roanoke, Va. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick W. Sr. and Ione Christine Carter and his wife Lois Bibow of Minot, N.D.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Pellicer Creek Cemetery.

Surviving are his sons, Paul Frederick and John Wesley Carter; grandson Cheyne Carter, along with numerous relatives and friends in North Florida and Roanoke.

Craig Funeral Horne and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
