Berldyn Drury, 91, of Hastings, Fla., died Sept. 3, 2007, at her home. Mrs. Drury was a native of Screven County, Ga., and had resided in Hastings since 1960. Mrs. Drury was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

BERLDYN DRURY

Berldyn Drury, 91 of Hastings passed away Monday, Sept. 3, 2007, at her home with her family by her side. Berldyn was born in Screven County, Ga., on March 3, 1916 to Claude and Deborah Peavy.

Berldyn grew up in Screven County where she was a homemaker and then moved to Florida in the early 1960s. Berldyn known to everyone around her as "Nana" lived in St. Augustine since 1962 with her son Arnold, and daughter-in-law Margaret Drury. She enjoyed gardening, putting puzzles together and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Drury is survived by her daughters, Mary Jordan and husband Richard, (Green Cove Springs) and Margaret Drury (Hastings); sister, Miriam Dennis, (Nebraska); daughter-in-law, Jerri Drury (Collins, Ga.); (10 grandchildren): Wade Drury (wife Pam), Teresa Glisson, Regina Vaughn, Debbie Segreto (husband Jerry), Phillip Jordan (wife Nancy), Mary DellaPenna (husband Pete), Richard Jordan and wife Dena, Ricky Drury and wife Missy, Michael Drury and Frank Drury; and (three adopted grandchildren): Melanie, Tommy, and Robby Morrison (21 great-grandchildren): Ashley, Dillon and Jordan Drury, Dustin Glisson, Jessica Vaughn, Michael, Jackie, Danny and Jordan Segreto; PJ, Shea, and Kaza Jordan; Pete, Jessica, Daniel and Nikki DellaPenna; Brandon, Ryan and Regan Jordan; and DJ Drury and numerous nieces and nephews and other very special family members.

She is predeceased by her husband, Milton N. Drury; sons, Arnold, Ronald, and Donald Drury.
