Funeral services for Lee J. DuPont, 70, DuPont Center, who died early Friday at his son's home in Bunnell, were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, at the chapel of the Craig Funeral Home, with the Rev. Shelton Brooks, Bunnell, officiating. Burial was in Pellicer Creek Cemetery, with Masonic graveside rites conducted by Al Lawton, past master of Ashlar Lodge No. 98, F&AM. Pallbearers, all members of Ashlar Lodge No. 98, F&AM, were A. D. Davis, George W. Wilson, R. O. Arnett, W. G. Braddock, Harry Waldron and Terry Davis.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Tressie "Nita" DuPont, DuPont Center; one daughter, Mrs. Joy Davis, St. Augustine; a son, James L. DuPont, Bunnell; three brothers, Ellis and Jack DuPont, both of Bunnell, Horace DuPont, Lithia; and six grandchildren.

Craig Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Lee Dupont dies at 70

Lee Dupont, 70, Dupont Center, died Friday morn­ing (April 12, 1974).

He was born in St. Johns County and was a lifelong resident of St. Augustine. Mr. Dupont was a retired railroad employee, member of the Cartersville Metho­dist Church, a 32nd De­gree Mason and Scottish Rite.

Survivors include his wife, Nita; a daughter, Mrs. Joy Davis, St. Augustine; a son, James L., Bunnell; three brothers, Ellis and Jack, both of Bunnell, Horace, Tampa; and six grandchildren.

Services were Saturday­ at 2 p.m. at Craig Chapel Funeral Home, St. Augustine, with the Rev. Shelton Brooks officiating. Interment was in Pellicer Creek Cemetery.
