Another of Flagler County's pioneers passed on to the "Great Beyond" this week when Mrs. Alice Laura Eatman, 64 years of age, died at her home on Kings Road ten miles northeast of Bunnell Tuesday night after a long illness.

Mrs. Eatman was born in Liberty County, Georgia, but has been a resident of this section of Florida for many years on the home place where she passed away.

The deceased is survived by her husband, A. J. Eatman; a brother, John Gordon of this county and other relatives.

Funeral services were conducted at the grave at Pellicer Creek Cemetery with Rev. John E. Hartsfield of the local Methodist church conducting the burial service.
