James Ernest McNeill, 66, St. Augustine, died May 31, 2001, in Flagler Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and he had resided here for the past four years. He was a boat builder, currently working for Luhr's. He was a U.S. veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Judy McNeill, daughter, Kelsey McNeill, both of St. Augustine; one son, Charles B. McNeill, his parents, Ed and Thelma Knight, one sister, Roberta Bell, all residing in Florida.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Craig Funeral Home chapel.

Arrangements will be announced by Craig Funeral Home and Crematory.
