Mrs. Ruby Prevatt Dies; Services Will Be Friday

Mrs. Ruby Prevatt, 83, 53 Madeore St., died Wednesday in St. Augustine Geriatric Center. A native of Hastings, she was a lifelong resident of St. Johns County.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, at the Croyle Funeral Home, with the Rev. Carl Franklin, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Pellicer Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the Croyle home from 7 to 9 p.m., today.

Survivors include two sons, Clarence Prevatt, Tampa, Francis Prevatt, Palatka; two daughters, Mrs. George (Helen) Cleveland, Mrs. Lawrence (Mildred) Blanchette, both of St. Augustine; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. One great-great-grandchild survives also, as do several nieces and nephews.

Croyle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
