Ephraim T. Souther, Jr., 55, of Pomona Park, passed away at his home on Friday, March 23, 2012.

He was born on Dec. 24, 1956, in Newburyport, Mass. Ephraim enjoyed racing with his son and fixing cars. He also loved to take trips to the mountains.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ephraim Sr., wife, Flora, sister, Norma.

Survivors are his son, Arthur Michael Souther; daughter, Angel S. Eaton; his mother, Florence Souther; sister, Connie Eaton; brothers; Tony Souther and Michael Souther; grandchildren, Alexis Eaton, A.J. and Aaron Souther.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, March 28, 1 p.m., at Pellicer Creek Cemetery in Hastings, with Jamie Watts as officiant. No visitation is planned.

Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Center has been entrusted to the final arrangements.
