E. H. Wilson

Ernest H. Wilson, 88, Tocoi, died early today at Clay Memorial Hospital, Green Cove Springs. Born in Hastings, he was a lifelong resident of St. Johns County.

He was of the Baptist faith, and he was a retired farmer and well driller.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Pellicer Creek Cemetery, with the Rev. Wayne Wells, pastor of the Open Bible Baptist Church, East Palatka, officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bessie Wilson, St. Augustine; three sons, Hugh Wilson, Tampa, Donald Wilson, Palatka, W.P. (Bill) Wilson, Tocoi; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Bixler, California, Mrs. Virginia Pastor, Black River, N.Y., Mrs. Florence Walsh, Evans, Ga.; a sister, Mrs. Nippie Lee Margwarth, Gainesville; 21 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Croyle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
