Richard F. Emling

Richard F. "Dick" Emling, 73, of Classic Court South, who co-owned Gifts Specialists Inc. and Home Accents Unlimited, died Nov. 24 at home.

Mr. Emling, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, was born in Milwaukee and came here in 1980 from Nashotah, Wis. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a charter member of the Palm Coast Yacht Club. An avid boater, he enjoyed being on the water and he also enjoyed decorating his home.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Elly; six sons, Scott, Palm Coast, Shawn, Jacksonville, Jay, Neillsville, Wis., Rick, Apple Valley, Minn., Randy, Hartford, Wis., and Rory, Janesville, Wis.; a daughter, Kay, Neillsville; a sister, Betty, Wau­kesha, Wis.; and 20 grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129; or to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Pkwy., Palm Coast, FL 32137.
