Samuel Gay, Jr.

Samuel W. Gay, Jr., 54, of Boulder Rock Drive, a former correctional officer in Westchester, N.Y., died Wednesday at home.

Mr. Gay was born in Bronxville, N.Y., and moved here in 1992 from Yonkers, N.Y. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the Kentucky Colonels, all of Palm Coast. He enjoyed traveling and motorcycles.

Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Gwendolyn; a step­son, Christopher Allen, the Bronx, N.Y.; his mother, Marie Gay, Palm Coast; a brother, James Washington, Worcester, Mass.; and a grandchild.
