June (Patricia) Harbroe



Peacefully, in her 93rd year, June (Patricia) Harbroe passed away at Tuscan Gardens on January 2, 2022. Born in Windsor Ontario on June 11, 1929. Beloved wife of the late Desmond Harbroe, loving sister of Donald and Kitty McNamara.

Predeceased by her loving siblings, Margaret, Irene, and Gordon. Loving aunt of Linda Groh, Nancy Munro, David Munro, Shelley Paara, Michael McNamara, Pat McKenzie, John McNamara, and Joe McNamara.

Many will remember June for her beautiful smile, sassy wit, and her amazing strength and determination.

The family would like to thank friends, neighbors, hospice nurse Heather, Tuscan Nurse Julie, Jessica and care givers Jackie, Kim, Sally, Dianne, June, and Sunny for their support and love of June. A very special thank you to Donnie who started as June’s driver and grew into her caregiver, managing and orchestrating Dr.’s visits, shopping, dog grooming, 24-hour caregiver hiring and family consultant; a true friend since 2015.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held in the memorial room of the church before mass from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. June will be inurned next to her husband at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church Columbarium.

The family of Mrs. Harbroe entrusted the arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.
