Jack  Fleming Hill, 86, of Fletcher Court, a retired real estate agent, died Monday  at Florida Hospital Flagler. 
		      
		      Mr.  Hill, an Army veteran of World War II, was born in Ashland, Kan. He moved to  this area in 1984 from Annandale, Va. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann  Seton Catholic Church and past post commander of the American Legion Post 139,  Arlington, Va., and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Annandale. Mr. Hill was a  volunteer for the Flagler Sheriff's Office. He enjoyed gardening and bike riding. 
		      
		      Survivors  include his wife, Monica; two sons, Stanley, Herndon, Va., and James, Fairfax,  Va.; a daughter, Rebecca Ann Pearson, Jacksonville; six grandchildren; and two  great-grandchildren. 
		      
		      Coastal  Cremation is in charge.
