Louise Virginia Roof

Louise Virginia Roof, 73, of Palm Coast, FL, passed away on January 10th, 2010 at the home of her daughter & son-in-law, Linda & Frank Drogo.

"Ginny" was a beautiful and adoring wife and mother who always put family first. Although she has traveled to many wonderful places over the years, home was her favorite place of all. She was generous, thoughtful, caring and a fabulous cook whose kitchen was filled with great food & good cheer and always open to family and friends.

Virginia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47+ years, Peter G. Roof, and her parents, Frank & Josephine Guerriere.

Virginia is survived and cherished by her loving children: her son, Peter F. Roof; her daughter, Linda Roof Drogo; and her son-in-law, Frank Drogo Jr.; her dear brother, Gary M. Guerriere and his wife Emma; her sister-in-law Katherine Kuhn and her husband Duane; her sister-in-law Sheila Roof and many special cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends also survive Virginia. Mom, we love you dearly and you will be terribly missed, never forgotten, and always forever cherished.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 6th, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast, FL 32164. Funeral Services are scheduled for: Visitation 10:30 - 11:30 AM; Funeral Mass 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - interment immediately following Mass.

Friends are all invited to a reception at The Italian American Social Club, 45 Old Kings Road, Palm Coast, FL, following the interment.
