A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Cynthia Rutigliano, 75, of Palm Coast, FL, who passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018, will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.

Friends who wish may visit Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations and Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the memorial room at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. 

Cynthia was born on April 30, 1943 in Panama City, Florida to Nathan and Elsie (Clark) Howard. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri Valley College, taught 2 years on reservations in New Mexico for BIA and retired as a teacher. Cynthia was a military wife for 30 years as her husband served in the United States Army.

Cynthia was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a Eucharistic Minister, American Legion Auxiliary Unit 115, Italian American Club, Green Bay Packers Owners Club, VA Clinic Volunteer and awarded J.J. Martin Leadership award in August 2018.

Cynthia’s hobbies included painting, sketching, reading, crossword puzzles, traveling, fishing, cooking, games shows, bridge and collecting Vermont Teddy Bears.

Cynthia is survived by her husband of 47 years, Salvatore Rutigliano of Palm Coast, FL; brother, Charles M. Howard and his wife Martha of North Carolina; brother in law, Dominick Rutigliano and his wife Suelen of Connecticut.

The family of Mrs. Rutigliano entrusted the arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.
