Mass of Christian burial celebrating the life of Otto Joseph Sagginario, 75, of Palm Coast, who died December 20, 2008 at his home, will be Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Those who wish may visit today (Monday) from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the memorial room at the church.
Otto was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to this area 11 Years ago from Queens, New York. He was a member of St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Mother Seton Men's Club, The Knights of Columbus and the Italian American Club. Otto loved to cook and enjoyed woodworking, stained glass, making porcelain dolls and quilting. He was an Army veteran of Korea.
He was predeceased by his son, Michael and is survived by his wife, Lucy of 53 years; sons, Anthony and his wife, Darlene of Lake Grove, NY and Joseph and his wife, Roseann of Bellport, NY; his mother, Fannie of St. Augustine; brothers, Charles and Robert, both of St Augustine; grandchildren, Jon-Anthony, Joseph, Nicholas, Kris, and Samantha.
Donations may be made in Otto's name to The American Cancer Society, 1620 S Clyde Morris Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32119.
The family of Mr. Sagginario entrusted the arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.
