Benjamin Franklin (Frank) Baker, 67, of Seville, died Tuesday at the Methodist Hospital in Jacksonville.

Born in Seville, Mr. Baker had lived there all his life. He was retired from the Volusia County Correctional Division.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. William B. Ridgeway of Jacksonville; one sister, Mrs. Winifred B. Robinson of Jacksonville and one grand­daughter, Rebecca Osborne of Jacksonville.

Funeral services will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. in the Allen-Summerhill Memorial Chapel with the Rev. S.M. Brabham of Pahokee and the Rev. Willard of Jacksonville officiating.

Burial will be in the Seville Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Tommy Loadholtz, Jimmy Graham, James Robinson, Oliver Cowart, Herbert Cowart and Chester Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dan Reynolds, Jim Robinson, Jim Conrad, Major Cowart, O.W. Prevatt, Shelton Loadholtz, C.A. Byrd, Bruce Guess, Roy Ruth, Emory Smith and Abie Lowe.
