She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Seville where she was a member of the church Women's Club. She was a 1958 graduate of Seville High School where she was the class president. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her son, James Shannon in 1992; parents, M.C. Coleman in 1974 and Mary Coleman in 1980.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, J.L. Bell; daughter Jana Register, Seville; brother, Walter Coleman, Bunnell; sister, Ann Baker, Bunnell; grandson, Brendan Register.
Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Seville with the Rev. Troy Ray officiating. Burial will be in Seville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Allen Summerhill Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.

Wednesday, September 5, 2001SEVILLE – Frances C. Bell, 61, of Little Brown Church Road, a native of Seville, died Monday at Florida Hospital-DeLand, DeLand.
Mrs. Bell, a homemaker, was a life-long resident of the area. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Women’s Club. She graduated in 1958 from Seville High School where she had been class president.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, J. L.; a daughter, Jana Register, Seville; a brother, Walter Coleman, and a sister, Ann Baker, both of Bunnell; and a grandchild.
Allen-Summerhill, DeLand, is in charge.
