Murphy, Okeechobee.Born December 21, 1943 in Palatka, she had lived in Seville until moving to Okeechobee three years ago.Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Jack Norman, Okeechobee; father, Ronald Bullard, Wildwood; two brothers, Randy R. Bullard and Henry Lewis Norman, both of Okeechobee and a grandmother, Mrs. Sylvia Bullard, Crescent City.
