Mrs. Nannie B. Cowart, lifetime resident of Seville died early this morning at the West Volusia Memorial Hospital, DeLand.

Mrs. Cowart was born 14 Jan. 1885 in Seville. She was the widow of the late Mr. Oliver Wesley Cowart, widely known Volusia and Flagler County cattleman.

Survivors are: 4 sons: C. H. and Victor, Bunnell; Wesley, Pomona Park; and Oliver, Seville; 4 daughters: Mrs. Lester Stone, Pierson; Mrs. Frank Turner, Emporia; Mrs. Juanita Nolan of Seville and Mrs. Catherine Johnson, Pomona Park; also 27 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Burial at Seville Cemetery.

Mrs. Nannie B. Cowart of Seville, mother of C. H. Cowart and Victor Cowart of Bunnell, passed away early Monday morning in a DeLand hospital following a long illness. She was 80 years of age.

Mrs. Cowart is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Hester Stone of Pierson, Mrs. Frank Turner of Emporia, Mrs. Juanita Noland of Seville, and Mrs. Katherine Johnson of Pomona Park; four sons, C. H. Cowart and Victor Cowart of Bunnell; Wesley Cowart of Pomona Park, and Oliver Cowart of Seville. Also surviving are 27 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home in DeLand. Burial was at the Seville Cemetery, with John Hendy and James Reese officiating.
