DELAND – Oliver Wesley Cowart, 68, lifelong Seville resident, cattleman and farmer, died at 11:30 a. m. yesterday of a heart ailment in an orange grove near his home.

He is survived by his wife, Nannie B.; four sons: C. H. and W. Victor of Bunnell, and Oliver J. and Wesley J. of Seville; four daughters, Mrs. Effie Lee Turner, Emporia, Mrs. Eula Mae Stone, Pierson, Mrs. Juanita Nolan and Mrs. Catherine Johnson, Seville; two brothers, Raymond and Charlie. Seville.

Service will be at 3 p. m. tomorrow at the graveside at Seville Cemetery.

Allen-Summerhill is in charge.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow for Oliver Wesley Cowart, prominent Seville cattleman and farmer who died suddenly yesterday at his home. Rites will be at the Allen-Summerhill Chapel in DeLand with burial at the Seville Cemetery.

Mr. Cowart was born at Seville on the November 21, 1881.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Nannie B. Cowart; 4 sons; Oliver and Wesley J. of Seville; C. H. and W. Victor of Bunnell; 4 daughters: Mrs. Effie Lee Turner, Emporia; Mrs. Eula Mae stone, Pierson; Mrs. Juanita Nolan and Mrs. Catherine Johnson of Seville; two brothers: Raymond and Charles, both of Seville.

Oliver Wesley Cowart, 68, and father of C. H. Cowart of the Haw Creek section of this county, died at Seville Shortly before noon, Tuesday.

Mr. Cowart was a life-long resident of Seville but was well known in this county and adjacent counties as, a prominent cattleman.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nonnie B. Cowart of Seville; four sons, C. H. and W. Victor of Bunnell, Wesley and Oliver J. Cowart of Seville; four daughters, Mrs. Effie Lee Turner of Emporia, Mrs. Eula Mae Stone of Pierson, Mrs. Juanita Nolan and Mrs. Catherine Johnson of Seville, and two brothers, Raymond and Charlie Cowart of Seville.

Funeral services are scheduled for this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the graveside at Seville Cemetery.
