Frank Ernest Faulkner, 71, a former teacher in Volusia County Public Schools and a resident of this county since 1925 died at the local hospital (DeLand) last night at 6:25 of injuries received when he was struck by a train at a Seville crossing last Wednesday.

Mr. Faulkner was a contractor and builder before he started teaching school. Came to Fla. in 1911 and moved to this section of the state (year blurred on the microfilm).

He is survived the following: widow, Mrs. F. E. Faulkner, Donald Faulkner, New York City; Mrs. O. L. Teston, Leesburg; Lt. C. D. Faulkner, U. S. Navy, Mrs. T. F. Dunlap, Pulaski, Tenn.; Miss Esther Faulkner, Daytona Beach; Sgt. Richard Faulkner, Army Air Corps; and Mrs. W. L. Wadsworth of Bunnell; also 7 grandchildren.

Services to be at Seville Baptist Church with burial at Seville.
