BRYAN JOHNSON

SEVILLE – Bryan E. Johnson, 62, of Purvis Road, a former paramedic, died Tuesday at Memorial Hospital-West Volusia, DeLand. Mr. Johnson, a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, was born in Warwick, Va., and moved to this area in 1979 from Boca Raton.

He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, where he was a trustee for the United Men’s Association. He was also a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Pierson, where he was chaplain.

Survivors include his wife, Marie L.; two sons, Michael E., Belle Glade, and David L., Stuart; a daughter, Melissa S. Rowell, Seville; two brothers, Davis R. DeLand, and Gordon, Newport News, Va.; and two grandchildren.
