http://ak-cache.legacy.net/legacy/images/Cobrands/News-JournalOnline/Photos/062316Patricia.eps_20160622.jpgPatricia Creel Kilkenny, 92 of Seville passed away June 21, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Denver, Colorado on May 4, 1924 and moved to Seville in 1926 from Liberty, Missouri.

Patricia was a Telegraph Operator at the Seville Railroad Depot. She also worked for the Volusia County School Board, ran the Harvey Citrus Packing House in Seville and worked for Creel and North Ferneries in Seville. Patricia was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Seville, where she hosted the Annual Community Sunrise Easter Services at her home for 60 years. She loved basketball and enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Durwood Creel and daughter Beverly North.

Survivors include her husband Robert Kilkenny; sons Damon (Laura) Creel of Seville and Guy Creel of Tavares; daughter Kay (Richard) Adams of DeLand; grandchildren Dalton, Josh, Travis, Derrick, Shane, Shannon, Renee and Kim; great-grandchildren Darren, Cheyanne, Dakota, Destin, Noah, Rylee, Haileigh and Kaitence and great-great-grandchild Rory.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 24th from 6-8pm at Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home in DeLand.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 10am at Trinity United Methodist Church in Seville, with Rev. Nelson Bonilla officiating. Burial will follow at Seville Cemetery.
