Funeral Services for Mrs. Kate Mask, 87, well known pioneer Volusia resident who died Saturday at her home in Seville were held yesterday in Seville at 10 o'clock.

Mrs. Mask, known affectionately as "Aunt Kate" to her many friends and relatives, had been a resident of the county since 1884, coming here from Americas, Georgia.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Irene Herrings and Mrs. O. W. Cowart and one son, T. C. Mask, all of Seville.

Mrs. Kate Mask, 86, died suddenly at her home in Seville Saturday after failing health for some time.

Funeral services were held at Seville Monday morning at the First Baptist Church with Rev. I. S. Murphy conducting the services.

Mrs. Mask is survived by two daughters, Mrs. O. W. Cowart, Mrs. Irene Herring and one son, Clyde Mask, all who reside in Seville, also twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Mrs. R. R. Malphurs of Flagler County is a granddaughter of Mrs. Mask.
