Marie K. McCamey, 74, of Crescent City, passed away Wednesday morning, May 31, 2000.

A native and lifetime resident of Crescent City, she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Crescent City. She was very well known for her unique gospel compositions and singing. She was with the Community Gospel Singers and also a member of the Church Choir.

She is survived by her cousin, Florence Deese of Crescent City.

Graveside services will be held Friday morning, 10 a.m. at the Seville Cemetery with Rev. Dean Velman officiating.

Clayton Frank & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
